The flat bottom can hold larger cookware or full-sized meals (such as turkeys) to maximize capacity. This unit has a removable oven door for easier cleaning and maintenance. The SEW24SSX offers a range of heating functions to cover virtually all of your cooking needs. The digital control panel is easy to program, with specialty settings for baking, grilling/broiling, defrosting (fan only), convection baking, and true convection.
