The 304 grade stainless steel surface offers an elegant, durable finish. We include a trim kit that allows the 12" wide cooktop to fit in wider in 15" wide counter spaces. This unit includes a cast iron grate and removable wok ring. Upfront heavy duty knobs in a matching silver finish complete the look. For added safety, the knobs require a gentle push-to-turn motion to ignite, with thermocouple flame protection to ensure the gas turns off if the flame goes out. Featuring a burner manufactured by Defendi, this cooktop offers a wide heating range. The dual burner has a 15,300 BTU output, while the inner flame can reach up to 2,050 BTUs for lower heat applications.
